As the owner and sole practitioner at LifeVision, Inc. in Kirkwood, MO, I offer positive, solution-based therapy and counseling for life’s many challenges. I have decades of experience helping people from all backgrounds to face parenting, relationships, depression, anxiety, grief, and loss with an optimistic spirit and real solutions.

I will listen.

Whatever you are currently going through, I will make sure you are heard and that you can better understand what is wrong and how to approach fixing it. My goal is that you will never feel judgment or shame, only hope, calm, and focus.

I will never give up on you.

Everyone wants to flourish in life, and none of us can do it alone. I will give you the support and the tools you need to achieve your personal goals, as well as the confidence needed to get there. Even when you’re feeling hopeless or overwhelmed, I will make sure you are supported and encouraged.

I will help you to get more out of life.

I know that creating meaning, engaging in positive activities, and knowing/using our strengths will complement treatment and on occasion actually solve problems on their own. Some of us need more help and coaching. We all want to have good feelings, good relationships, to achieve our goals, and to be engaged fully with life. Whatever you are facing, I will help you get there.

If you are thinking about counseling, I encourage you to contact me. You can also learn more about me and my services.

I directly bill insurance programs in which I am networked (Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Cigna, United, and Medicare). Check with me if your insurance provider is not listed. Please pay co-pays as you would at your medical doctor’s office.

I am unable to negotiate with your provider over the use of your insurance or address problems with your deductible, co-payments, or payment issues. What the insurance company refuses to pay on your behalf, you will be responsible for paying. That said, I have served on the panels listed for decades without interruption and issues normally can be worked out.

Try your best to pick a convenient time slot and avoid cancellations if possible. Late afternoon, early evening and lunch times are occasionally in short supply. There may be a charge for cancellations made less than twenty-four hours before a visit. When in doubt, let’s talk it over.

Thank you for reading over this orientation. I look forward to meeting with you. Take care.
